So its week 2….. I am pretty pleased with my the progress soooo far and there has been very little muscle ache! I am totally over the moon about this, as most of you who have jumped on the fitness train know the excruciating pain walking down the stairs or even trying to sit on the loo the day after work out is almost near impossible.
Every time I start “going to the gym” I tend to through myself into it- however this time I feel like I have paced myself a little better! It has defo helped having Joshua to push with the HIIT training fitness program and to give advise around diet and stretching.
