HELLO July
Well HELLOOOOOO LE Family, I hope this blog reached you well and in good health!
I have been thinking about new starts, sometimes it can be scary to step out and do something new, even if that is meeting new people, starting a new relationship, speaking at an event, starting a new job or business.
Sometimes we have to let go of some things and people to take the next steps which can be soooo hard, you can go from excitement to sheer dread of it not working out.
Trust me I have been there, I am always saying goodbye to things and Hello to new ones! I have struggled with doubt and fear, overwhelming feelings of worry, wondering if it will fail and I would be left embarrassed.
Some things haven’t worked out, other things have worked for a season and some are still going. Regardless, I have learnt, I have grown and I have overcome! With the power that is within me, the Holy Spirit POWER-HEYYYYYYY!!!
Whatever is it you need to end and start, be settled knowing that we serve a powerful God who never leaves us.
FOR HE LIVES IN US!
Scripture:
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.
Ephesians 3:20 NIV
Reflection:

This was a reminder to me that God’s power and strength is done by the Holy Spirit’s power within us, rather than by our human strength.
Sometimes we forget this and try to work things out on our own, creating a whole mess behind us.
Often we won’t go for a promotion or apply for a mortgage out of fear or simply not feeling like you have the strength to.
God tells us in this scripture, that His means for accomplishing more than we can imagine comes through His strength.
Therefore we need to lean, rely and trust that if we put a step forward, He will give us the strength and work things out in our favor.
Now go back and meditate on this scripture and ask yourself: where have you been fighting in your own strength ? Ask Him to reveal this to you.
Remember you have to be still and present to hear from God.
Don’t forget to write down what you are hearing and seeing.

Lord your are my strength, you are my rock and without you I am nothing. I know you walk in front of me, beside me and behind in, therefore I will not walk in fear but boldly take charge of my life.
You are the same Lord that raised from the dead, the same Lord that feed the 5,000, the same Lord that resides in me. Almighty and Powerful.
Therefore why should I worry? do you not know what goes before me? have you not given me the strength as you did with David.
As I got about my day and apply this scripture to my heart and life, Lord I pray that when challenges come, as they will do. I never forget who you are and who I am through you. A MIGHTY CHILD OF GOD! For the battle is not mine but yours God.
