We are a creative and dynamic community investment company looking for driven and passionate volunteers to join our rapidly growing team. We have many community projects to get involved with which support both our housing and our range of group an 1-1 activities.
Note: We are seeking individuals who have a passion for Christ, love for people, and who also feel they are able to actively align themselves with the Christian principles that we aim to adopt in all we do
Role: Key Worker – General support
Role Description: This is the perfect role for someone who has a passion for working with vulnerable people.
Your responsibilities will involve caring for residents in an unstructured way. This will involve updating and utilizing support plans/risk assessments to monitor and measure residents are progressing.
A willingness to share your faith with residents and their friends and families I an important aspect of this role
Availability: (P/T days/evening/weekends)
Role: Handyman/Woman
Role Description: Minor repairs within LEHS accommodation. You do not have to be qualified in a trade but if you are please let us know. Whether you are a qualified electrician or just handy with a screwdriver this is a role for you

Role: Social media manager
Role Description; To manage all social media platforms, update websites and create marketing literature and materials as needed
Availability: Flexible in terms of availability
Role: Administrator
Role Description: To support the team with referrals, course bookings, editing, housing administration, managing email inboxes etc
Availability: (Flexible in terms of availability)
Role: Group Worker/Coordinator
Role Description: Delivering a range of activities for women within supported housing who have experienced or who are at risk of domestic abuse. Groups might include art, cooking, life skills, confidence building etc.
Availability: Negotiable
Role: Group Facilitator
Role Description: To deliver and host group programmers both online and face to face. This will include both our boundaries course and/or our sisterhood unplugged groups
Availability: Negotiable but each group is usually in the evening and approximately 2 hours in duration
Role: Fundraiser
Role Description: To assist the team to see the bigger picture; bring a fresh perspective to fundraising plans and strategy, To ensure fundraising is of the highest standard and priority, to source fundraising opportunities, and assist in bid writing and fundraising activities.
